tell you something that is really funny.
me: physics was so stupid because mr lim took everything from the physics assessment book!
daddy: aiyo, teachers nowadays getting really lazy. go and complain la! how come you didnt buy that book? why you never tell me that book is good! then i help you buy mah!
me: what basis to complain on?! that i didnt do the assessment book because i wasnt hardworking enough? or that my friends could predict that the questions would come out? and anyway, how i know my teacher will use from that assessment book!
daddy: tsktsk. let me think through first. your friends who didnt do the workbook don't want to complain? ask mummy tell the principal lah! so easy *starts grinning to himself
me: back to the same question! complain about what! sigh.
after 2 minutes of heated discussion about stupid physics and its teachersdaddy: oh, math exam on monday right?
me: yeah, going to fail. probably the only person in my class
daddy: (as optimistic as ever) maybe your other term reports will pull it up! *smile smile again
me: umm? it only pulls it down. i bet you that grace chan will get the highest. oh and let me tell you something shocking, she didnt get the top this time
daddy: wah! who beat her! so smart, but i bet only by less than one mark (:

daddy: ahma? how come the name so funny one? Malay? i thought your class got no Malay leh. all chinese right? hmmm, you know what ahma means anot! it means grandmother! *laughs to himselfme: (thought that he was being sarcastic by copying me) ummmmm
