SEC 2 LTC-kingfisher!
i dont know where to start and i dont know whether i should be revealing certain stuff, mrs chen didnt say that it is a secret but oh well. just in case. it's identity should just be revealed as "our project!"
our project is very very super! (: (: yay! but it's so near my theory exam! but so far from now, in march? hmm, hope it's going to be a blast! YIPPEE! i love our wonderful ideas! (: kingfisher!our project is maybe the second largest, after the sec 1 orientation camp, depending on how you view it? oh, our teacher mentor is camp commandant-- mrs chen! HAHA. i dont really know her very well, or rather i don't even know her, besides the fact that she teaches sec 1 SBC history. that was just the random fact of today.
we got second! for 2 days consecutive and the SFs( i keep calling them SLs still, it sounds better, easier to call! >.<>seagull that got firstenthusiastic, extremely. julia! how could you gobble down 2 ice cream cones in like 1:27??
oh, kingfisher's SFs(SLs sound better) are sheryl (your name is too complicated! HAHAH), yating (: very very chor lor. tsktsk. our rolemodels?? thanks so much for helping us through our tasks! (: sleeping at 3 a.m! no easy task! (: (: (:
coach lionel was quite entertaining, better, ALOT better than mr pringles/mr monopoly/ blah blah. and coach dion(or leon?) just stoned there and gave out B-O-R-I-N-G evaluation forms! funny funny videos!! alot alot of LAME, corny jokes.
note to myself: if i am chosen to be in charge of next year's LTC '07 (or if i am not, i am going to suggest) to play the stupid horrible and terrible food related concentration game! torture them! very very very good! kingfishers must agree. the pictures that ms tang took was like way way funny. HAHAHA. it was so tense! i was going to cry when we finished! i never thought that the concentration game was so extremely difficult! out of beat- restart. slow reaction- restart. clap hand- restart. and the list goes on and on. but we still did it! that was the best best best station i think. the SFs kept scaring me! 1 more minute then i freak out.
must torture next year's sec 2s!
the food was really good. got japanese food, buffet dinner and yummy swiss rolls! (: considering that this is a camp with a budget, about the best food in a camp! ms corrine tay was the I/C right? haha, sheryl was on the food comm but she was so blur.
first day!
intensive training! VERY. we slept at around 1? debriefing took a very long time. okay, besides the point.
games games games!
our group(kingfisher, in case you have forgotten) was quite impolite to the SFs. especially Faith's station, i liked faith's station because we won because we are "very smart!" but poor faith had to keep running around the board filling in the hang man letters. then we were quite mean to keep screaming at her. celine's number game too. we were so impulsive! ):
the mud game was cool! i didn't really dare to do it at first though. don't know what my mummy would have said about my muddy sec 2 camp shirt which i like ALOT. slide slide slide! really fun!
the flour game on "the island" was awesome too! rubbing flour into our heads and making us look like grandmothers, all the softball juniors were all staring hard, probably wondering what's wrong with all of us! graying hairs at the young age of 14, showing the stress that we experience! i shall just keep writing and writing or should i say, typing.

my group! which i didn't really like at first because i hardly knew anyone but i am very glad that i am working with kingfisher for our upcoming project which is going to be a blast!

amazing race!
it was better than expected, though we got lost here and there(esplanade and dhoby ghaut), we still made it back to school first! though we didn't win first, it doesn't matter! what really matters is that we stuck together through thick and thin and we didn't get discouraged during wen si's station (food concentration game)--> that's probably the game that left the most lasting memory. it was really really tense! that game was so scary, one mistake and everything goes down the drain! concentration concentration!!!!
our skit was so impromptu! at delia's station at youth park, sandra was the teacher so here goes the conversation;
sandra(teacher): who wants to learn math!
all the students(the rest of us): (waves hand frantically) me! me! me!
sandra: okay, what's 1+1?
students: me! me! me!
all of us gave such random and retarded answers until our 2 minutes was up! (: it was entertaining for the SFs!
the esplanade station was so far, because we took the wrong mrt train to go to the wrong station and blah blah so that was our first stop and therefore we were always "late" but in the end we were only one minute late! how would we know how tall the merlion is! what is the nearest expressway to the merlion! the forfeit wasn't too bad. 10 star jumps holding hands (: then eunice keep wasting our time! make us sing a song from so far away!
yating's station in bugis was really really embarrassing!! our tau-huay(looks like taugay) "advertisement" was recorded by ms tang and i think she's going to show it to the rest of the teachers! 2 teachers came up and asked: "are you in kingfisher? i saw your tauhuay advertisement! it's really funny!" so funny to sing life is good in the rain when we weren't even sure of the lyrics!! *mumble mumble
dhoby ghaut was funny! michelle gobbling ice cream, dabbing away at her mouth! HAHAHA. i want to watch the video that mrs chen took! i still can't imagine julia taking 2 bites and voila! the ice cream is gone!
we didn't get to go clark quay, sadly, but we tried our best! at least we hadn't reached the station 2 seconds after times up. i think one group did. hmm, that's a little unfair i guess? run run run! run run run! i love to run! everyone did a great job!
i hope i can get my SL badge ! (haha! SFs! you can't get them!) my next year form teacher sure won't approve ): because my grades are really bad or rather, going to be bad. what other criteria is there? it was so noisy, i only heard form teacher blah blah. oh, and participation! i will involve myself in food comm (: i won't break school rules! i will pull my socks up very very high. and there are going to be so many prefects in my class next year! can't afford to breach school rules!
//meeting tomorrow at 9 for our project (: i love our theme! our games are not "refined" enough ): my longest post ever i think.
