oh yes, philo, have you ever come across pages where they give you the first part of the essay which is oh-so-brilliant and then comes the horrific "..." please pay $4.50 to continue reading the essay. part of me is dying to get that juicy bit of information for animal testing and part of me is hesitating, why can't they just show the whole article and not keep me waiting in suspense!
training was enjoyable, i beat nicholas for sprints 3 times (: i made him redo the sprint and he was hopping mad. YAY. i love it. and we did sprinting almost throughout training. (: my favourite. and i finally see claire after ages and ages of MIA. and esther came too :D and left early ): oh yes, benedict looks like a monk after shaving his head

jiaolian: wah, gan ma, bu yao zuo cao!toufa hen hao kan la, bu yong gai zhu!
benedict: embarrassed to no end
